Professional Group Supervision
My virtual group supervision offers the opportunity for culturally competent professional development in a collaborative environment. This supervision group fosters a supportive atmosphere where diverse perspectives are valued, promoting collective problem-solving and a strong sense of community among participants. As your supervisor, I will evaluate and guide your social work practice to help you develop your professional values, practical skills, ongoing competency, and ethical standards of practice.
Together, we will discuss ethical dilemmas and receive feedback from both peers and a qualified supervisor. If you prefer an inclusive, team-oriented approach to supervision in a respectful space where you can learn from others’ experiences while reflecting on your own, this format is ideal. All of this will take place under the guidance of a Minnesota Board-approved supervisor.
Our Services
In-Person Group Supervision
I offer in-person supervision sessions in convenient locations in St. Paul and Minneapolis for professionals in the Twin Cities. The comfortable, private settings provide a quiet, focused environment for meaningful supervision discussions. These sessions allow for personal connection and immediate feedback, enhancing the learning experience.
Online Group Supervision
If you prefer the convenience of remote supervision, my online sessions are ideal. Using a secure and confidential video platform, we will participate in one-on-one supervision without commuting. This flexibility makes it easier for professionals to receive the support they need regardless of location. Online supervision maintains the same level of personalized attention and ethical standards as in-person sessions.
