Professional Group Supervision

My virtual group supervision offers the opportunity for culturally competent professional development in a collaborative environment. This supervision group fosters a supportive atmosphere where diverse perspectives are valued, promoting collective problem-solving and a strong sense of community among participants. As your supervisor, I will evaluate and guide your social work practice to help you develop your professional values, practical skills, ongoing competency, and ethical standards of practice.

Together, we will discuss ethical dilemmas and receive feedback from both peers and a qualified supervisor. If you prefer an inclusive, team-oriented approach to supervision in a respectful space where you can learn from others’ experiences while reflecting on your own, this format is ideal. All of this will take place under the guidance of a Minnesota Board-approved supervisor.

I offer both in-person and remote supervision sessions to meet the needs of professionals across the Twin Cities and beyond. In-person sessions are available in convenient, private locations in St. Paul and Minneapolis, providing a quiet, focused environment that supports meaningful discussion, personal connection, and immediate feedback. For those who prefer greater flexibility, online supervision is conducted through a secure and confidential video platform, eliminating the need for commuting while maintaining the same level of personalized attention, ethical standards, and professional support regardless of location.
